Edmonton Couples Photographer // After Wedding Session // Brittany+Travis

Well hello there! Just a warning fer ya, there are some veeeeery gorgeous, sexy, and hilarious human beings ahead! Their amazingness (and nakedness!) made this Edmonton couples photographer hella happy!

So here’s the thing, I always recommend engagement sessions to people. They give you an opportunity to not only know how you look and feel behind the camera, but they give you a chance to get to know your photographer and how they work and make you feel from their side of the camera. I feel like this can help you better know what to expect on your wedding day and relax knowing your photographer is going to nail it.

Now with Brittany and Travis, they got married on New Years Eve (best day!) and had opted out of an engagement session. Their reasons being that a) we already knew one another well b) I had taken photos of Britt before in other situations and c) beyond me, they already had numerous experiences being in front of the camera.

Because of this though, I asked them if they’d like to do an after wedding session. I had done a few before, and I know them to be SUPER chill, because the wedding is over and everyone is just pumped on being newly married.

Lucky for me, they were very open (and as an Edmonton couples photographer how could I NOT want to shoot more of these two…). I broached the idea of shooting it in a tub with a lot of lights, and Britt enthusiastically agreed, asking if we could do pizza and beer too.

Obviously I said yes and obviously Trav was pumped.

So here they are, FRESH lil baby newly weds (less than a week old!) enjoying each other’s beautiful selves. I hope your eyes get as dreamy as mine did shooting this.
