Danny+Tionna // Sawyer

I am so in love with capturing gorgeous couples on their wedding days and adventures, but I am also SO in love with documenting the other big moments in people’s lives, so when T and Danny asked me to take pictures of them and their 3 DAY OLD newborn, Sawyer, I was so excited.

It was my first time doing this kind of thing and I immediately fell in love with the energy that fills a room when two people who have been made parents by a precious life are enjoying their baby. I completely respect photographers who are able to do all of those amazing poses with newborns (so much talent needed), but I have found my own preference is for doing in home sessions, using natural light, and taking pictures of parents just being present at that moment in their lives.
