Alberta Spring Vow Renewal

Ben+Jenna // 10 Years

Ah! I am so excited to finally be sharing this session! Ben and Jenna were married 10 years ago as of May 5 this year, and to celebrate the milestone they decided to have a very intimate vow renewal with just their kids, and they asked me to document!

We started with the classic getting ready photos, which were so fun as there was this constant reflection of where they were on that day 10 years ago. Jenna would have been getting ready with her bridesmaids and Ben with his groomsmen, and now, here they were getting ready with their sons and daughters. We then went for a walk in the smokin‘ hot midday sun to a special fort where we took time to capture them as a family and just Ben and Jen too. Then, after a few itchy crowns, tight shoes, and hot clothes (blister on the foot for Ben!) the kids were ready to head home, thus concluding an incredibly beautiful (all styled by them!) and special afternoon.
